CIBSE South Region requested FDS Consult UK to present their Fire Safety in Schools CPD Seminar to over 30 engineering professionals last week.
The presentation took place in Brighton on the 8th November and covered fire engineering in schools and the benefits, code recommendations and legislations applicable for school buildings.
Leading the seminar was FDS Consult UK Managing Director, Michel Wizenberg and Senior Fire Engineer, Jigar Pandya. Michel commented, “It was an honour to be asked by CIBSE to give an insight into our knowledge and expertise on the education sector. With the new priority school programme set to start later this year it was a good time for delegates to get an insight into the benefits fire engineering can provide in education buildings. We were delighted to receive such positive feedback from attendees.”
