FDS Consult UK welcomes a new director, Frazer Argyros-Farrell, to head its innovative team.
Having studied Fire Science at the University of Leeds, Frazer will bring a wealth of invaluable experience and knowledge to the company. Following the successful completion of his degree, Frazer worked for the Fire Protection Association (FPA), heading the training division where he wrote, presented and developed courses whilst also being a key figure in the department’s expansion and growth.
At FDS Consult UK, we firmly believe in training and self-development. This is why, in his new directorship role, Frazer will be crucial in ensuring that our fire engineers and consultants continue to remain ahead of industry regulations, working with rigorous compliance to all smoke ventilation and fire detection regulations.
After leaving the FPA, Frazer has spent the last 15 years working in various international roles in the industry, including in risk consultation, where he advised global clients on insurance property risks and working as a real estate lead, where he grew and developed risk engineering as the non-transactional differentiator for a global insurer.
From this dynamic experience, Frazer will be bringing a range of transferable skills, including:
- Managing and advising on global and large-scale projects
- Develop teams and the company’s presence in growing markets
- Insights from a stakeholder’s perspective who has engaged with a similar company
- Experience working within the commercial property sector
- A good sense of humour
Within the role, Frazer will lead the team of experienced and dynamic fire engineers whilst growing the company and ensuring its expansion into new markets and sectors, including FMGC, warehousing and real estate.
A primary role will be to focus on and develop FDS Consult UK’s offering to ensure it is current and meets the demands of our client base.
